Powder brows is a soft shading technique to enhance your brows with a gentle pixelated finish. This permanent makeup method creates a diffused, powdered look (think soft brow tint + fill-in that doesn’t wash off), and can be fully customized to your desired intensity—from barely-there to bolder.
Great for all skin types, especially oily or mature skin, powder brows heal soft and fade gracefully over time. The results typically last 2–5+ years depending on your skin, lifestyle, and preferences.

Microblading is one of the most recognized terms in permanent makeup—it’s where many artists, including myself, began their journey. This technique uses a manual blade to create small, hair-like strokes in the skin, but over time, we've learned it's not ideal for most skin types or ages.
As permanent makeup has evolved, so have our methods. Powder brows are a more advanced and sustainable option. They’re less invasive, longer-lasting, and better suited for a wider range of skin types—including oily or mature skin.
If you’ve been told you’re not a candidate for microblading, powder brows may be the ideal alternative. Powder brows are a modern solution for effortless, natural-looking brows that age gracefully.

No. Most clients describe powder brows as mildly scratchy but not painful. We use a topical numbing cream to help ensure comfort throughout the treatment.
Yes! Powder brows are especially great for oily, textured, or mature skin because the shading method holds up better over time compared to microblading.
Possibly! Please schedule a consultation so we can assess whether a powder brow treatment will layer well over your previous work.
Results typically last 2–5+ years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and how well your skin holds pigment. Most clients return for a refresh every 2–2.5 years.
Right after your session, your brows will look bolder. They will soften by about 30–40% as they heal over the following weeks.
Powder brows are a form of permanent makeup, meaning pigment is deposited into the skin. While they are designed to fade gradually over time, results vary depending on your skin, lifestyle, and how your body retains pigment. Most clients can expect soft, natural fading rather than a harsh or overly permanent look with our technique.
What to expect at your appointment
What to expect at your appointment
Every permanent makeup appointment begins with a personalized, in-depth consultation to learn your brow goals and assess your natural brow characteristics. If you have reference photos of how you wear your makeup, they're welcome and helpful. The goal is to create your dream brows with powder brows so while they are still your brows...they are just better.

This is one of the most important parts. The mapping process for powder brows is focused on enhancing definition and addressing minor asymmetries where possible. This step is subtle and precise, ensuring the outcome looks balanced and refined. Most clients are pleasantly surprised once they see their brow potential.
Once your powder brow shaping is approved, we begin the actual tattooing process. Numbing is used and clients are always comfortable. Throughout the session, we’ll ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.
After your powder brow treatment, we’ll review your aftercare protocol and what to expect during healing. Your touch-up session is typically scheduled 8–12 weeks later to refine and perfect your results once your brows have fully healed.
